Oliana Andoni is the Managing Partner and Founding Partner of Andoni Law & Tax, with more than 15 years of experience representing clients in complex legal matters in Albania. Her practice focuses on compensatory damages, non-contractual liability, mediation, expropriation matters, competition law, civil disputes and strategic legal representation.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, in 2009 and was admitted to the Albanian Bar Association in 2011. In 2018, she completed mediator training approved by the National Chamber of Mediators. As Managing Partner, she oversees the firm's strategic direction, client service standards and complex legal matters.
