Arben Alushi is a Senior Lawyer at Andoni Law & Tax, with more than 20 years of experience across private practice and senior public-sector legal positions. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, in 1990 and completed postgraduate studies in Sports Administration at the Albanian Olympic Committee. He obtained his attorney's license from the Albanian Bar Association in 2008.
Mr. Alushi has held senior legal roles at the Albanian Multisports Federation, the General Directorate of Construction Police and the Albanian Road Authority.
