Emil Andoni is a Partner at Andoni Law & Tax, with a multidisciplinary background in technology, telecommunications, real estate development, investment and commercial strategy. He studied Electronic Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana and pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. He is also pursuing studies in Civil and Commercial Law at the Mediterranean University of Albania.
Mr. Andoni has extensive experience in real estate development and high-value negotiations, including involvement in resort construction projects covering more than 500,000 square meters. He is also Co-Founder and Chief Executive Director of Neofone, a telecommunications company established in 2009. At Andoni Law & Tax, he supports clients in matters involving real estate development, investment strategy, commercial negotiations, telecommunications, technology-related business matters and strategic partnerships.
